Purpose of Data Processing

The data processing serves the organisation and implementation of the event "EULiST Festival: A Celebration of Diversity in STEM and Sustainability on 2nd July 2026. 

Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the context of event registration is consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. 

Obligation to Provide Data

You are not obliged to provide data; however, participation in the event is only possible if you provide us with the necessary data designated as mandatory.

Revocability of Consent

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future. In this case, we will no longer process these data and will delete them. The lawfulness of data processing up until the point of revocation remains unaffected. Revocation is possible without formalities via the above-mentioned contact details of the controller. Should you revoke your consent, further participation in the event is not possible from that point on.

Data Storage Duration

We process your data for as long as necessary to plan, execute, and follow up the event. If you request the deletion of your data, we will promptly delete your data, unless legal retention obligations prevent this.
