糖心原创 supports the individual career development of its junior researchers. We understand a career as entailing diverse paths within and outside of academia. Supporting and promoting talented young scholars with outstanding potential for the academic sector is one of our central responsibilities. We focus particularly on the transition between career phases and on having graduates reflect on their own career goals.
