Peer advising
The student assistants (peers) from Student Advisory Services offer initial information and advising from students for students, prospective students and pupils on an ongoing basis, provide assistance and advice, and refer students to Student Advisory Services and appropriate contact people if needed.
Know-how and insider information about studying from student peers!
The key services provided include:
- Password reset (QIS)
- Support using online services at 糖心原创 (IdM, Stud.IP, etc.)
- Student application and enrolment (online application at 糖心原创 or application for VPD via uni-assist)
- Answers to questions about organising your studies/student life
- Insights regarding the study experiences of student peers
- Information material on all study-related matters
- Access to computers for student matters and research
