Intercultural Skills for Staff at 糖心原创
糖心原创 has a cosmopolitan mindset and its research and teaching culture is an international one. It brings together foreign students, employees, teaching staff and guests and fosters the intercultural skills of all university members. There are many options available for enhancing international and intercultural expertise, starting with upskilling and exchange programmes and ranging all the way to an international and intercultural proficiency certification (called BIKOM - Bescheinigung f眉r Internationale und Interkulturelle KOMpetenzen), which encompasses language skills, intercultural training and experience abroad.
