We are heading to the Steinhuder Meer — Lower Saxony's largest lake and one of the most beautiful natural retreats in the region! Nestled between gentle hills and wide open skies, this spot is the perfect escape from everyday life. The highlight of the day? We're hitting the water! Whether you're an experienced sailor or a complete beginner, a boat trip on the Steinhuder Meer is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Enjoy the fresh breeze, soak in the stunning views across the lake and let the water do the rest.

We are heading to Einbeck for the Classic Car Days — one of the most beloved vintage car events in the region!
The streets fill up with stunning historic vehicles from decades gone by, and the atmosphere is nothing short of spectacular. Expect an impressive rally, a classic car parade winding through the picturesque town centre, and a buzzing festival vibe with exhibitions, live music and plenty to see around every corner. Whether you're a die-hard petrolhead or simply love a great day out with a nostalgic twist — Einbeck Classic Car Days has something for everyone.

Not sure what to do on a Sunday when everything is closed? Join us for a Sunday Brunch in the International Office that has a different culinary theme each time. Afterwards we will all go for a Sunday walk.
